ONLINE REGISTRATION
Be sure you have all of the materials and details ready to submit each registration:

  • Full Name
  • Title & Organization
  • Email, Phone & Address
  • OE Tracker # (if applicable)
  • Optometrist License # (if applicable)

  • ATTENTION! We are now requiring a valid proof of vaccination from everybody who will be attending GWCO Congress. You will be required to upload your proof of vaccination before your registration can be completed.  If you have a religious or medical exemption for the vaccine, please email Stacey Barrett at [email protected] prior to submitting this registration form.

OD Registration Single Day Registration

CANCELLATION POLICY
All cancellation requests received on or before Monday, September13, 2021, will be issued a refund less a $75 processing fee. No refunds will be given thereafter except in the event of an extenuating circumstance such as hospitalization or death. Requests for registration cancellation must be submitted in writing via email to [email protected]. No refunds can be made by GWCO for lodging, airfare, or any other expenses related to attending the Congress.

CONTINUING EDUCATION
Continuing Education Information GWCO makes every effort to secure accreditation for all continuing education through the Council on Optometric Practitioner Education (COPE), American Board of Opticianry (ABO), National Contact Lens Examiners (NCLE), and American Optometric Association Paraoptometric Section (CPC). GWCO does not guarantee that a licensing board or certifying organization will accredit any course presented at GWCO Congress 2021.
