2023 Student Program Schedule
Each student will have the opportunity to introduce mingle with doctors and attend educational seminars. You will also have the opportunity to attend the exhibit hall where each state will be represented to talk to you about what opportunities exist for your professional future. Finally, students are invited to attend and participate in any of the social events for the weekend.

Registration Desk Open – check in and get your badge and conference ‘goodies’

7:30 AM – 12:00 PM
Saturday Continuing Education Sessions – attend OD educational sessions. Remember you need to register and select the sessions you want to attend. All courses are COPE certified

12:00 PM - 1:00 PM
Lunch in the Exhibit Hall - You will receive a lunch voucher when entering the exhibit hall on Saturday. You can redeem it at the concession stand in the Exhibit Hall.

12:00 PM – 2:00 PM
GWCO State/Student Networking – in the exhibit hall. All states and the province of British Columbia will be there to meet you.
Also, spend time exploring the various exhibitors to learn about the newest equipment and services.

2:00 PM –3:00 PM
AOA/GWCO Update - Hear from the leaders in the profession on what is happening both at the local level as well as the national level. Learn about what these organizations are doing on your behalf and about opportunities where you can get involved with to advance the profession
